Last week I was running PCM-Peak demand week to get the results for presentation, yesterday and today I am trying to run PCM-Full year to prepare the input data for the report. I executed the simulation for ENET39 as baseline, after running the scenario and execute it, which usually take minimum 45 minutes and indicating down in the right corner as solved 100% but I am not seeing popped up window “DCUCOPF simulation completed successfully” and not able to press or select any properties in the page in order to extract plots/data just hearing peeps sound whenever I am pressing. However there is no any hanging in the system(not responding). On the other hand I can successfully run and extract data/plots from peak demand week scenario. How can I resolve this issue?

I’m sorry to hear about this confusing experience with the tool. Often, when the application is “peeping” at you as described, it’s an indicator that there is a window open that’s trying to notify you of some action/result, and you need to explicitly interact with this window (by clicking okay, for instance) in order to close it. The rest of the software will be unavailable until you’ve closed this. Is it possible there was a window open on another screen/behind another application? It is interesting that you can successfully run the peak demand week and the “completed successfully” window pops up, but not the full year. If you can provide any more details that would be helpful!
