Penalty costs and battery dispatch priorities

Hi,

I have three general questions regarding penalty costs and batteries.

  1. How are penalty costs incorporated into the objective of minimizing total production cost?

  2. How does SAInt choose which battery to charge or discharge when there are multiple options with the same parameters except for size and almost identical efficiency (e.g., a difference of about 0.01)?

  3. Is there a way to control or influence the dispatch order of batteries?
