units are listed as MJ. Seems strange since everything else is in MW/MWh

The default units of measurement used by SAInt are based on the International System (SI). Energy (and work and amount of heat) is expressed using joule (i.e., j = kg⋅m^2⋅s^{−2}).
To change the unit to fit better a “power system” perspective, you can open the general settings (e.g., via the three dots icon in the Map Display Window), select “Units” and set for the property “Energy” the value [MWh].
