I hope you are all doing well today! I wanted to reach out and ask some questions regarding battery storage. I am running practice scenarios with a single battery place on a node containing a solar plant. I defined the parameters of the battery based on the encoord documentation I was provided with from previous conversations. The issue I am running with now, is that the battery storage does not participate in market bidding. It’s share of energy charged and discharged are covered as penalty costs (PDMIN and PMIN penalty costs), and the values for those penalty costs come out as ‘+inf’ instead of an actual dollar amount. Can you help me understand why this is, and how I can solve these problems?
