Affects of network level parameters on scenario simulations

How do changes to network level parameters (such as “In Service” tickbox) affect scenario simulations?

For example, can I temporarily “remove” a generator from my network by unticking the “In Service” tickbox and running a simulation? Or will the scenario and events override this network parameter?

Hi @smeloney,

Great question! You are correct, if you untick the “InService” tickbox, that object will be removed. No events in the scenario will override this action.
